The primary objective was to update the app's processes and UI patterns making it easier for school staff to conduct security assessments and to keep track of required forms. The project aimed to increase the use cases of the app by guiding users all along the way. The app also suffered from inconsistent use of UI elements, confusing UI patterns and broken backend integrations.
Overall, the Eagle EyED app has successfully enhanced S3's product offerings, positioning the company to eventually become a leader in education technology. The app has received excellent reviews from users, highlighting its reliability, ease of use, and the added security it provides. As a result, S3 has seen increased customer loyalty and a growing user base, solidifying its reputation in the market.
